Luke's Story

Luke has been doing personal and group training and lost over 40 pounds in his first several months. He says he has benefited the most from the accountability of a coach and a custom program designed for him. He recently bench pressed the most in his life and continues to see gains in strength and better movement patterns. Luke is a Veteran and came to A3 with career goals which required him to be in peak physical shape. He has crushed his goals and credits the personal training for much of his physical success which translates to his career success.

Lori & Scott's Story

Lori and Scott had a big goal to hike Mt. Rainier together. They had tackled many backpacking trips previously but knew that Mt. Rainier would require more stamina and strength than ever before, especially over the 2-day journey as they navigated ice fields while wearing crampons. They each had different strengths and needs when it came to their physical skills and endurance so Coach Ryan Beckwith created a custom 16-week training plan for each of them and they did personal training sessions together. Their hard work paid off when they reached the summit!

Lupe is a mom who had a Rookie athlete in our Kids program. As she witnessed other adult members’ transformations, she was inspired to inquire for herself. Lupe suffered an injury during childbirth causing paralysis and then tore both of her Achilles’ tendons followed by both shoulders; she had not had a fitness experience in about 6 years. What began as 30-minute sessions for rehab and pain reduction evolved into 60-minute workout sessions to build strength!

What's the facility like? Is it a gym?

Yes, we're a gym—but more than that, we're an athletic performance training facility. Think of it as an athlete's playground: 13,000 square feet of turf, track, and weightlifting racks.

What truly sets us apart is our coaching and custom programming.

These are the real tools for delivering the best results while keeping you safe.We don’t do open gym here. You don’t have time to guess what works best, how equipment operates, or plan your own workout. Just show up, and we’ll guide you through a training session tailored to YOUR individual needs.

Who are your Coaches and what are their qualifications?

This is not just their passion, but their profession. The majority of our coaches have degrees in Kinesiology and other advanced specializations such as CPT, Certified PN Nutrition Coach, CSCS, Corrective Exercise, and more. They have literally thousands of hours of experience coaching and personal training and are driven to deliver an incredible experience every session. But more importantly, they're really good genuine people who care a lot. Because life's too short to spend your mornings with someone who's not here to help you excel and have fun doing it!
